Climate Controlled Facility!
Within Forrest s 45,000 sq. Ft. climate-controlled facility is a
30' x 60' abrasive-blast room for surface preparation of
fabricated piping in a myriad of lengths and configurations,
pipe manifolds, exchanger's, storage and sections, vessels
and valves.  This enclosed abrasive-blast area is equipped
with an EPA containment system which includes a dryer with
desiccant to keep the blast medium dry.  The blast operators
breath Grade D air (no particulates, fumes, etc.) and are
equipped with carbon dioxide monitors.  
At Forrest are conducted to NACE, SSPC, or ISO Standards.

Forrest's Industrial painters are experienced in tank interiors
using Vinyl Ester - Polyester Mat Systems - Glass Flake
Systems - Epoxy - Phenolic Systems.  For tank exteriors, we
are experienced in Zinc - Epoxy - Coal Tar Epoxy - Urethane
- High Heat Coating Systems.

Wet Mil Tests are conducted per SSPC Specifications while
painting.  Dry paint thickness is measured with Magnetic
Gauges.  These tests are monitored by our on - staff
certified NACE Level III Inspector.
